➜ Manage Messenger
Messenger is a practical way to communicate directly with parents and employees. If this function is activated in your institution, you can control here whether and when you can be reached via Messenger.
If you would like to use Messenger, you must have it activated. This must be requested by an authorised person via the AVV request link.
You are authorised if you have signed the contract with us.
➜ Where can you manage Messenger?
You can find the Messenger settings in the top right corner of the administration portal, click on the circle with your initials or profile picture and select "My Profile".
Under "Manage Messenger", you can adjust your settings in just a few steps.
➜ Activate/deactivate chats
- Use the sliders to control your chat function:
- Blue ➜ chat is active
- Gray ➜ chat is deactivated
- Finally, click on "Save" to apply your changes.
➜ Set individual availability times
Important: Notifications are muted outside of your specified times. App users will then receive a notification that you are not available.
- Activate the option
- "Set individual availability times"
- Now set your availability individually for each day of the week.
- Save your settings with "Save".
This function is particularly useful to avoid being disturbed outside your working hours!
