Here you can find out how to find your personal profile, what information is stored there and which settings you can customize.
➜ Where can you edit your profile picture?
You can find the "basic information" about your profile in the top right-hand corner of the administration portal, click on the circle with your initials or your profile picture and select "My profile".
➜ Set profile picture
- Click on the blue "pencil" icon.
- A pop-up window will open.
- Select the desired image from your device and click on "Open".
- Adjust the image section
- to ensure that your profile picture is displayed optimally.
- Finally, click on "Upload" to save your new image.
The uploaded image file must not exceed a maximum size of 5120 KB (5 MB). If your image is too large, reduce the file size before uploading it.
➜ Set notification options
- You can optionally set up various email notifications:
- "Receive absence notifications by email"
- "Email notifications when new app users register."
- Select this option if you want this administrator to receive an email as soon as a new app user registers.
- "Receive email notification of changes to additional contacts."
